The Marketing Head – Asia will be a key member of the international marketing responsible for helping to drive sustainable and consistent revenue growth. The Head will drive go-to-market planning and execution for company's marketing programs across the Asia Pacific region to grow awareness and capture demand. The successful individual will have a solid understanding of the Asia market with strong analytic and execution skills to deliver high business growth and successful business outcomes. This is a high impact role that combines strategy, leadership, project management, creative thinking, demand generation and execution. Developing, mentoring, and hiring talent into the Asia Marketing team is key to ensuring success over the long term for the company.
Responsibility
· Manage all brands under the company's division.
· Develop product positioning and messaging for Differentiation in Singapore market.
· Develop a marketing strategy over the medium term throughout the year and long term.
· Act as a bridge between divisions to hands-on formulate strategies, coordinate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns within the market.
· Understand the needs of the direct of Singapore, Mainland PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan branches business and watch competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner.
· Monitor competitors' activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.
· Manage the advertising and promotions budget with General Manager.
· Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
· Collaboration product planning.
· Works closely with external agencies and partners to derive and execute marketing strategies and plans.
· Recruit students from Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Korean for schools and hostel.
· Expand and maintain promotion channels, media, etc. to establish long-term good strategic cooperation.
· Proficient in the operation of the latest mainstream media channels, students and parents pay attention to the delivery point; (the promotion of various channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, WeChat and offline, etc., and is responsible for the entire process of the final conversion rate)
Basic Qualifications
● Experience managing teams across multiple countries and languages
● Excellent command of English and Mandarin in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
● 10 + years of education marketing experience
● 3 - 5 years of people and/or team management
● Recognised University Master's degree qualified
Preferred Qualifications
● Strong leadership, strategy, communication and execution skills with demonstrated track record of career advancement and success in education consulting markets, large and start-up companies/divisions.
● People management experience and building scaling high performance teams.
● A strong mix of analytical and creative skills.
● Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills.
● 3 - 5 year’s event management experience is preferred
● 20%+ Travel is required
