Job Description:

• As a 3D CAD Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive contents on 3D CAD software, equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers in drafting and design.

Requirements:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
• Certified in teaching 3D CAD software including but not limited to SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA or the similar
• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) or ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certification will be preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Support in reviewing and implementing the Company’s workforce planning and training initiative
• Conduct learning needs analysis
• Source and qualify training provider
• Plan, develop and implement learning interventions, training programs and e-learning modules
• Deliver programs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and initiatives
• Perform training administrative duties
• Collaborate with business units to forecast manpower requirements
• Conduct workforce analysis to project future needs and develop workforce planning solutions
• Analyze capacity and competency gaps between workforce demand and supply
• Implement solutions to bridge gaps, monitor progress against milestones, and reevaluate plans based on developments
• Participate in key strategic workforce planning projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
• Possess ACTA certification is preferred
• Possess 2 years’ working experience in Learning & Development in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development
• Possess Standup Training experience
• Prior experience in Workforce Planning is preferred
• Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
• Proficiency in MS Office and content creation tools eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc
• Ability to develop new plans and initiatives, including the use of technology
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
