Responsibilities:
Training
- Preparation and regular up-dating of Training Material for various training modules with focus on IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations; IMDG Code; ADR; Supply Chain Security (ISO28001, TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR & TAPA GSR); International Cyanide Management Code; Business Continuity (ISO22301); Risk Management; etc.
- Developing & designing examinations for certification training for the various training modules
- Evaluating examinations and training feed-back forms
- Maintains training records & certificates
Compliance (additional support activities)
Risk Management
- Assisting in ensuring that risk management systems are implemented effectively and followed
- Assisting in action plans concerning risk management
- Conducting Business Partner Due Diligence Checks
Credit Quality Evaluation for China Corporate Social Credit System Program (CSCSP)
- Systematically identifies, records, analyses, evaluates, and finds optimum means/options to mitigate or transfer risks
- Conducts Business Partner CSCSP Checks
- Keeps management closely informed and prepares risk management system reports
Management Report
- Assisting in the preparation for compliance management reports
- Assisting in the Maintenance of records on ISO policies & certificates
General Tasks
- Liaises with regional compliance team and fulfilling regional compliance requirements
- Conducts or jointly conduct investigations on both internal and external compliance issues
- Prepares presentation material for meetings
- Attends meeting/ presentation with customers and /or interested parties
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in any field
- Relevant work experience with back-ground of Logistics & Supply chain is a must
- Good communication skill and ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different functional background
- Good reading and writing skill in both English and Chinese is a must as documents are in Chinese when liaising with counterparts in China.
- Can perform internal quality and health & safety audits; at a minimum internal auditor certification
- Strong back-ground in dangerous goods regulations with relevant certificates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
