Job responsibilities:

• Understand market trends and monitor competitive activities in Asia.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation.
• Produce content for our website and social media platforms that attract and convert our target groups.
• Increase customer engagement and business visibility in online searches through successful
• Proficient in SEO and SEM.
• Design, build and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools. (e.g, Google analytics & WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as training, tradeshows, etc.
• Work closely with business partners, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Ensure annual growth plans and financial targets are being met.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

We are looking for a Training Assistant to support our training department. You will be responsible for the clerical and administrative duties of the Training department such as preparation of training schedule, weekly reports and training materials. In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
