JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 0-1 sales experience , training provided.

. Diploma in Business or Marketing, Chemistry or Chemical Engineer

· Product: Polyolefin Trade, Polymer

. Experience in shipping or logistics would be an advantage.

· Willing to Travel

· Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Knowledge include Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job scope:

• Develop customized lesson plans to meet each student's specific needs and learning objectives
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote understanding
• Implement strategies to improve attention span, communication, social skills, and academic performance
• Identify and address behavioral challenges in a supportive and constructive manner
• Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and successes
• Keep accurate records of student progress and make adjustments to teaching strategies as necessary
• Provide feedback to students and parents on a regular basis, including detailed progress reports

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Education or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in teaching English
• Proven experience in managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive reinforcement techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to the progress and well-being of each student
• Applicants who are willing to work on both weekends will be considered favourably
