The Senior Research Fellow will be a core member of the Institute for Environment and Sustainability’s research team. Research tasks include working on the Center for Water Policy’s cutting-edge work on urban water policy and governance, as well as our burgeoning Center on Climate and Energy. • The Head of Case Management oversees a team of case workers responsible for resident care coordination. Develops and implements case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and manages the department as per the regulatory practices and policies.

2. Job Description

• Responsible for direction, coordination, management, review, implementation and evaluation of resident case management for the organisation in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and policies and procedures and directions of higher management.
