The Services required are set out as follows:
Supervision of Students:
• Ensure student safety is maintained through proper supervision at all times
• Uphold safety protocols, including first aid procedures
• Implement safe and effective classroom management routines
• Maintain a creative, safe and fun environment
• Conduct InnoSpace induction for the new Primary 1 batch
Inventory Management:
• Be proficient in using all the equipment and devices found in InnoSpace
• Maintain equipment and materials
• Track inventory and maintain inventory records
• Maintain and monitor borrowing log records
• Keep equipment usage records up to date
• Conduct regular stocktaking
• Perform general weekly inventory checks
• Replenish materials daily or when supplies run low
• Assist in procurement of materials and equipment
• Provide monthly procurement information
Maker Programme Implementation:
• Plan, organise and execute maker-related programmes
• Advertise the InnoSpace programmes through flyers, digital signs, brochures and other media
• Support teachers in InnoSpace when required
• Prepare materials required for programmes
• Supervise Maker Challenge @ Recess and other InnoSpace programmes
• Conduct and/or provide assistance for CCA Activities
Providing assistance to teachers:
• Offer consultation for teachers on InnoSpace and maker-related activities
• Conduct small group training for teachers when necessary
• Create customised items when required
Administrative and Other Requirements:
• Ensure that InnoSpace is well-maintained, neat and tidy
• Create signages/labels/posters as needed
• Update HOD/SH-Innovation on programme progress and Innospace utilisation
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Personnel should preferably have the following maker skillsets:
a) Photography/Videography skills
b) 2D and 3D design skills
c) 3D printing
d) 3D vacuum former
e) Thermoplastic modelling
f) Sewing
g) Basic coding
As the InnoSpace Instructor, the Personnel should preferably:
a) Be competent in conducting maker-related workshops onsite for primary students and adults using various pedagogical models such as design-thinking, experiential and activity-based learning.
b) Preferably have one (1) year of coaching experience in maker-related workshops or activities. The Personnel must be registered with MOE as of the ITQ closing date

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5.00pm, including a 1-hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.30am to 4:30pm, including a 1-hr lunch break
• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
