Job Responsibilities:

• Protection and Escorting: Provide protection and escort services for VIPs and business partners.
• Security Enforcement: Conduct security enforcement and screening duties to maintain a safe environment.
• Traffic and Crowd Control: Manage traffic flow, crowd control, and access control to ensure public safety and order.

Job Description

• Process and carry out end-to-end submissions for funding and accreditation with funding agencies including IBF, IMDA and SSG.
• Processing applications for funding, target 1-2 new programs every week.
• Coordinate with Marketing/B2C team to ensure that the Singapore portals for these programs reflect the appropriate information.
• Submission of claims to funding agencies through gathering the necessary documents. Establish an efficient process for the same.
• Processing APAC B2B enrolments for Open Enrolment programs end-to-end, ensuring invoices are sent to clients, for both funded and non-funded participants.
• Supporting program execution in admin matters including creating survey forms, sending out reminders etc.
• All other administrative matters in support of the APAC B2B team.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 year of related working experience & knowledge in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Background in finance advantageous but not compulsory.
• Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders across cultures
