The Worship Ministry Training (WMTC) Coordinator plays a crucial and signicant role in the Worship Ministry Team and is responsible for the training and development of existing and new musicians for Redemption Hill Church (RHC) worship ministry. Furthermore, this will help in shaping the ministry and support the church planting vision. This staff will be given opportunity to learn what it means to lead the worship ministry, which will include spearheading the recruiting, auditioning and training of musicians. The WMTC manages the rostering of volunteers and the week-to-week preparation and coordination for Sunday worship with the goal of ensuring a smooth and God-glorifying worship experience at RHC Sunday Services and events. • Oversee the technical development of volunteers in the worship ministry

The world of today is constantly evolving to keep pace with advances in technology and globalisation, requiring individuals to adapt and develop new skills to ensure resilience through a culture of lifelong flexible learning. Mental flexibility is required in order to adapt to change, problem-solve creatively in new situations and make the most of opportunities including emerging career opportunities. The capacity for cognitive flexibility is thus central to the modern digital age and our education system needs innovation to ensure citizens are equipped to develop these future skills. For example, major global challenges, including climate change, renewable energy, and food security, will require novel and creative approaches and solutions.

CLIC researchers are developing a neuroscience-based model of flexible learning, including important social contextual factors, in order to inform the design of practical, real-life interventions for use in schools and the workplace. This will ensure that individuals are not only prepared for future career success, but also have a good quality of life and wellbeing, thus supporting a flourishing society.

We are looking for a Research Associate to support research activities on cognitive flexibility and learning, and training-related brain changes among adults and adolescents. We anticipate the successful candidate to perform within a dynamic interdisciplinary research environment working collaboratively with project team members and take on opportunities for involvement in research activities related to human neuroimaging, language, infant cognition/learning and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:
