Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
Event Management
• Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they align with the objectives and goals.
• Coordinate logistics, including vendors, suppliers, event staff, and on-site operations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage event-day operations, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
Copywriting
• Write engaging, persuasive copy for event promotions, marketing materials, websites, speeches, and social media.
• Develop content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
Business Operations
• Assist with business operations, including administrative tasks, mobility portal management, and inquiries from students and university partners.
• Collect and analyze data to generate reports on event performance, attendee engagement, and ROI.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in event management with skills in copywriting and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with event management software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics software is preferred.
