• Manage and oversee the Individual Care Plan for all residents.

• Responsible for the Clinical Intervention components in the Home (include counselling, therapy and care services).

• Work closely with Programme Department and relevant stakeholders to analyse the needs of the residents and to ensure the effective execution of the programme in accordance to the resident’s needs.

• Supervise Trauma Informed Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (TIP-BIS) and SDM-PFS implementation in the Home.

• Establish and carry out proper training programs for staff in respect of laws, regulations and policies.

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of the Home, Deputy Head and higher management.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and setup the technique fs laser direct-write and optical cavity integration.
• To setup and align optical beamlines/setups for home-built micro-transient optical spectroscopy experiments.

• To perform data analysis and data interpretation of micro-transient optical spectroscopy experiments independently.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Chemical Sciences.
