We are an education centre looking to hire a art teacher /coach /teaching assistant who

• enjoy working with children of age group 6 to 12 year old
• good with classroom management of classes ranging from 10 to 20 students
• coordinate, organise and plan art activities during school term and school holidays
• faciliate art lessons, programmes, activities
• able to conduct programmes in fluent English
• well organised and good with basic administration
• proficient in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and learning apps
• training will be provided
• preferred to have 1 year relevant experience with children in a school, kindergarten or any type of education centre

The Job:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
• Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides
• Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT facilities matters to resolve issues timely

Job requirements:

• Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage work tasks with numerous stakeholders, as well as deliver results within tight timelines

Description:

As one of our preschool teachers, you will manage a class in teaching and routine care responsibilities. You will guide the class of children under your care to:

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development, including identifying emerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developing initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families we serve.

• Uplift professional practice in promoting our vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high quality service standards

Job Requirements:

• L1/L2 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching.
• Strong communication skills - spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
• With or without teaching experience; but highly motivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children’s learning and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

• Assist with the setup of new postgraduate programmes and courses in the system, including liaising with Schools on related matters.
• Handle student requests for course exemptions and credit transfers, including verification and clarification with Schools as needed.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
