• Mandatory attendance of school orientation, chaperone and participate in a minimum of four evening and/or weekend school activities each year, as assigned (including "Back-to-School Night").

Responsibilities:

1) Attend to walk-in customers

2) Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner (including cash deposits and withdrawals)

3) Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

4) Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services

5) Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform

6) Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback / escalation / complaint

7) Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion

8) Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

9) Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results

The mission of our AML team is to push next-generation machine learning algorithms and platform for the recommendation system, ads ranking and search ranking in our company. Responsibilities

- Responsible for the design and implementation of a global-scale machine learning system for feeds, ads and search ranking models.

- Responsible for improving use-ability and flexibility of the machine learning infrastructure.

- Responsible for improving the workflow of model training and serving, data pipelines and resource management for the multi-tenancy machine learning systems

- Responsible for designing and developing key components of ML infrastructure and mentoring interns

- Support the production of scalable and optimised AI/machine learning (ML) models

- Focus on building algorithms for the extraction, transformation and loading of large volumes of realtime, unstructured data to deploy AI/ML solutions from theoretical data science models
