• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate research studies or related requests
• Provide publication-related support
• Maintain online knowledge management initiatives and miscellaneous management of e-resources

Job Requirements

• Has registered with ECDA and attained the EY1/ EY2 certification

• Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various company training programs

• Support performance management and appraisal
• Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated

Requirement

• Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
• Prefer experience in training and payroll capacity
• ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous
• Experience in Logistics/Forwarding would be an added advantage
• Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guideline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels
