Who are we looking for
The Early Years Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children & Infants. This role requires a passionate and dedicated educator who can support the development of children in the early years, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The Early Years Teacher will plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning, while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging circle time, small group activities, and lesson plans to motivate children & infants
- Developing the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child/infant can learn
- Document and record children's learning through contributions to newsletters, class panels, and individual portfolios.
- Foster meaningful language experiences that encourage a love for English/Mandarin.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents.
We are expanding and need Early Years Teachers with the following requirements –
- ACEY (EY2) or HCIC (EY1) or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in pre-school or childcare setting is required
- ECDA EY2 certification
- Child First Aid certified.
- Experience with setting up a brand new classroom for Infant Care is an advantage
