Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Placement Manager to lead our training and placement operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SkillsFuture Framework and a proven track record in managing training programs, developing industry partnerships, and driving successful job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training Program Management:
o Design, implement, and oversee training programs aligned with the SkillsFuture Framework.
o Ensure curriculum relevance by staying updated on industry trends and government policies.
o Manage course accreditation processes and compliance requirements.
· Placement & Career Development:
o Build and maintain partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders.
o Develop job placement strategies and manage placement drives.
o Provide career counseling and mentoring support to program participants.
· Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Identify business growth opportunities and collaborate with external partners.
o Establish and nurture relationships with SkillsFuture Singapore and other regulatory bodies.
· Operational Leadership:
o Lead a team of trainers and support staff.
o Oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is advantageous.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in training and placement, with specific experience related to the SkillsFuture Framework.
· Strong network within the training and employment sectors.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
