Required:

• Strong Background in Mathematics: You should have a strong understanding in the subject matter - demonstrated at the primary/secondary level and is able to simplify complex Mathematical concepts. Added bonus if you majored in Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering at the university level.
• Prior Teaching Experience: You should have some experiences in teaching, not strictly limited to Mathematics - be it commercial experience (e.g. teaching in MOE schools, learning centres or private tuition) OR volunteering experience (e.g. coaching kids in after-school care centres).
• Prior Working Experience: You should have less than 7 years of working experience, not limited to sectors requiring the use of Mathematics knowledge.

Job Description

• Develop and implementation of structural optimization schemes for customized reinforcement configuration in reinforced concrete component.
• Conduct mechanical testing on steel-concrete composite elements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Document findings comprehensively and prepare detailed reports for further analysis and review.

Qualifications

• PhD degree (or an equivalent degree) in Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Material Science or related fields.
• Experience in research for structural optimization is desirable.
• Strong computational analysis skills and proficiency in using laboratory equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

1. Responsible for performing all monitoring aspects of clinical trials and assist to set up, review and maintain project files to ensure compliance as stated in ICH E6 GCP to assure all trials are conducted in strict adherence to good clinical practices, regulatory obligations, investigator integrity and compliance with project specific requirements

2. Responsible for preparing, organizing, managing feasibility, site selection and investigator identification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with sponsor's and/or company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and study requirements with the highest standards

3. Planning, develop, compile and/or review all study-related regulatory and administrative documents from investigational sites, monitoring visit reports, work progression reports and other study-required documents

4. Develop, compile and/or submit dossiers include initial/amendment/interim report/safety reporting to regulatory and/or ethics committee for review and follow up until approval, as required

5. Management in planning, coordinating, organizing and attending all study-related meetings and activities for sites as required

6. Manage/support project(s) in the capacity of lead CRA role and/or other designated project roles to undertake all or partial responsibilities and tasks as required, whenever designated by the Company

7. Support/Assist in Site and CRO audit or inspection as required

8. Support business development activities (e.g. search new project related information) as required

About The Team

The Applied Machine Learning (AML) team is seeking a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to develop and maintain our machine learning platform. The platform supports deep learning models for code development, testing, training scheduling, model deployment, and other core business functions. The team oversees the company's critical machine learning platform and serves as a foundation for recommended advertising and search. Here, you can work on recommended systems and distributed training of large-scale deep learning models.

What you'll do

- Design, develop, and maintain core functions of the machine learning platform, including data processing, feature engineering, model training, and model deployment.

- Work closely with system administrators and software engineers to ensure smooth platform integration with other systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's or above degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience

- Possess solid software engineering skills and be proficient in developing using common programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++).

- In-depth understanding of distributed computing and principles and technologies of large-scale data processing, familiar with related open source tools and frameworks (such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.).

- Demonstrate understanding of cloud computing and containerization technologies such as AWS and Docker.

- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and solving complex problems, passionate about engineering challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to quickly understand and solve engineering problems.

Preferred Qualifications

- A preference for candidates with knowledge and experience in machine learning and deep learning, but it is not required. We value candidates' engineering capabilities and overall quality more.
