1. Excellent programme delivery to ensure good learning experience
· Oversee day-to-day operations, including class and classroom management.
· Attend to ad-hoc and urgent enquiries and help to solve problems as and when required.
· Provide on-site support and serve as the primary contact point for programme participants.
2. Oversee EDP’s marketing and publicity efforts
· Create a marketing plan and strategies to target at the right audience effectively.
· Draft and design publicity materials.
· Identify and engage with target audiences for recruitment.
· Oversee the onboarding process to ensure participant satisfaction and readiness.
3. Engage in the planning of the programme for future growth
· Actively engage in and provide insight into policy and operational discussions at a team level, where required.
· Initiate discussions with prospective corporate clients or individual participants.
4. Oversee scheduling and engagement of course instructors
· Increase the diversity of instructors and mentors
· Arrange and coordinate with instructors and facilitate on-site operations where required.
· Plan timetable schedule for staff and students.
· Administer and compile instructors’ evaluations.
5. Ensure corporate governance
· Facilitate the planning of the annual budget exercise.
· Set targets to ensure programme viability against the cost of staff.
· Track financial progress to ensure proposed financial targets are met.
· Provide support in the annual audit exercise.
