Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Candidate without or with lesser experience are welcome as Training will be provided

Job Summary:

As a Module Developer & Trainer specializing in Diploma in Civil Engineering, your role is to develop high-quality educational content, including training modules, slides, and course materials, and deliver engaging instruction to students pursuing a diploma in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Module Development:

• Create comprehensive and well-structured training modules, lecture slides, and other learning resources aligned with the syllabus and learning objectives of the Diploma in Civil Engineering program.
• Design assessment materials, including quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations, to measure student progress.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various civil engineering topics.

• Address infants' basic needs involves feeding them, showering, dressing them, and changing their diapers.
• Develop activities to provide a variety of learning experiences and opportunities that include reading, singing, and interacting with them.
• Observe and evaluate infants’ performance, behaviour, social development and physical health and make note of progress.

Requirements:

• Infants and Toddler Care and Development and Early Years Development Framework certified.
• At least 2 years of working experience.

• Carry out daily preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of Radio, Network and Wireless equipment at site, including inspection, troubleshooting and replacement of faulty equipment
• Run tests and interpret results to ensure equipment is operating functionally
• Assist engineer in-charge to supervise site works
• Communicate with customers and various stakeholders of the project
• Supervise subcontractors for site works

Requirements:

• NITEC and/or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Candidate without experience is welcome as Training will be provided
