The Applied Machine Learning - Machine Learning (ML) Systems team provides End to End (E2E) machine learning experience and machine learning resources for the company. The team builds heterogeneous ML training and inference systems based on GPU and advanced chip technology and advances the state-of-the-art of ML systems technology to accelerate models such as stable diffusion and language modelling. The Senior / Executive will be responsible for the daily operations of SingHealth’s research facilities and attend to daily queries from research staff. You will arrange the necessary logistics and processes for new investigators and departments moving into SingHealth Research Facilities and ensure the proper return of laboratory or office space when they vacate the premises.

You will assist in the preparation and renewal of licenses, sub-tenancy and service agreements. You will be responsible for the purchase of equipment and consumables, renewal of equipment service contracts and other services, as well as the processing of such invoices. You will also manage requests for card access to research facilities.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the laboratories under the jurisdiction of the Office of Research are fully compliant with safety regulations and SOPs. You will need to maintain all laboratory-related licenses and permits as well as update chemical inventories in the laboratories. You will need to ensure that regular inspections of the laboratories are conducted and rectify any issues raised from the inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Biomedical Science or related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with laboratory or facility operations
