• Plan meaningful learning experiences for the children under your care
• Create a holistic and engaging learning environment that celebrates the children’s individuality
• Maintain the learning environment and ensure that the learning materials are age-appropriate
• Keep proper observation records of the children’s progress and collaborate closely with the families in supporting their child/children
• Participate in the planning and implementation of centre events and field trips
• Engage actively in dialogues as we establish a positive learning culture
• Respect and value each child and practice positive behavior strategies

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) with an EY2 / L2 LON
