Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience

· Project Planning and Scheduling: Define project scope, organize tasks, set timelines, and manage resources to achieve project milestones and final deadlines.

· Resource and Risk Management: Coordinate materials, workforce, and equipment while identifying and addressing project risks to maintain quality and avoid delays.

· Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Track each phase of the project, document updates, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including test report documentation.

· Quality and Benefit Realization: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, aligns with client expectations, and delivers intended project benefits.

· Safety Awareness and Leadership: Promote and enforce safety protocols, leading by example to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

· Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Electrical Drawings and CAD Proficiency: Skilled in reading electrical schematics and proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for design and planning.

· Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to organize complex projects and solve challenges that arise.

· Effective Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.

· Driver’s License (Preferred): A valid driver’s license is advantageous for site visits and project mobility.

Job Description:

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
• Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
• Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player

Job Description:

• Report to the Senior Project Manager/Project Director
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings, and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.

Job Requirement：

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in reinforced concrete building and architectural design is an advantage
• Able to work well under pressure
• Independent with good communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication, coordination skills, and teamwork
• Able to work 6 working days
• Able to work overtime/shift rotation
