Job Description

• Oversee in-house engineering design works of Fire Protection (Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Fire Hydrant, Dry Riser, etc) and Plumbing and Sanitary system, including detailed design, hydraulic calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage Fire Protection & Plumbing design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.
• Liaise with Fire Protection & Plumbing suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Responsible for material submittals for Fire Protection & Plumbing system to the Consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all equipment and materials.
• Attending technical coordination meetings with Main-con, Consultants and Employer.
• Assist Project Manager and site personnel in planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Liaise and work closely with the Consultant, Employer, site supervisor and workers on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
• Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required
• Prepare documentation and carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC.
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards.
• Participate in tender preparation works for new projects.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Min 5 years Singapore-based FP & Plumbing experiences in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience and relevant knowledge in FP & Plumbing calculations including pump sizing, hydraulic calculation, tank sizing and more.
• Experience of design and coordination skill.
• Familiar to fire code requirement with knowledge of basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC.
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Experience in Consultant Company preferred.
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage

• Provides updates to production and project team members on all aspects engineering deliverables to support yard’s fabrication and installation activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design and/or engineering in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in electrical related design and marine vessels added advantage
• Proficient in engineering office software and CAD tools such as AVEVA or equivalent
• Able to work overtime where project has requirement.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage the qualification of the Building Management System (BMS) for QC rooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the QC rooms BMS meets regulatory, quality, and operational requirements through meticulous planning, execution, and documentation. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors to deliver a fully compliant and operational system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end qualification process of the QC room Building Management System (BMS), including planning, execution, and validation activities.
• Develop and review protocols, risk assessments, and qualification documentation to ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) of the BMS to verify proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges during the qualification process.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery of the BMS qualification project.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Ensure all qualification activities align with GMP, cGMP, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including qualification reports, deviations, and change controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and technical expertise.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Facilities, and other teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Act as a key point of contact for external vendors and contractors involved in the BMS qualification process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or engineering within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Experience in qualification and validation of BMS systems or similar automated systems.
• Strong understanding of GMP and cGMP requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, controls, and automation in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for design, development, commissioning and maintenance of inhouse Ship Management System (SMS), which includes:

• Perform system and architecture design of Ship Management System (SMS).
• Perform system integration for SMS with third party systems.
• Perform, coordinate, manage and support of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Set to work (STW) and Harbour Acceptance Test (HAT).
• Perform software configuration management and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Computer, those with other engineering experiences are also welcome.
• At least 5 years experiences with system architecture design, system maintenance, and/or IT/Networking
• Ability to work independently under pressure, as well as able to lead a small team
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with suppliers and customers at all levels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• CP test program development.
• Work with designer to develop test programs, debug programs, solve problems.
• Work with commissioned factory to identify, propose, prioritize and implement test automations.
• Design automated test scenarios accordingly to test plan with its acceptance criteria
• The commissioned testing factory product management.
