Job Description:

Facilities Operations and Management

• Lead the planning, be hands-on construction supervision and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings
• Design and lifecycle management of all facilities and equipment
• Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, including schematics and maintenance records
• Develop and maintain workspace (clean room, lab & offices) that builds a work environment enabling collaboration, innovation, productivity, and destination of choice
• Ensure high level of service for transportation, pantry, and other services
• Lead all aspects of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion
• Lead Singapore office access and security control in partnership with Asia Regional Security lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience (preferably in Electrical)
• Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)
• Strong understanding of energy auditing, energy modelling, and energy efficiency technologies
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company’s goals and objectives

The researcher will be required to cast and fabricate the various cementitious materials and 3D printed concrete, prepare the logistics and perform the relevant ballistics tests.
