1. Classify the received Parts into self-repair/outside-repair/Stage/Scrap/Return and place them on the corresponding racks of each Category, and convert the ePMS Level 1 order into a Level 2 order.
2. Open bidding and repair the Parts to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, and convert the ePMS second-level order into a third-level order and issue a warehouse receipt.
3. Each unit listed on the front of the maintenance will be sent to the Parts for repair, and after completion, the ePMS secondary order will be converted into a closed case and returned to the warehouse
4. FAB Urgent case support : The original factory has no ingredients, or the unit price is very high and the seasoning is urgently needed
5. Track and manage the progress of the repaired items sent by the manufacturer for repair, and control the Parts Repair work for Cycle time; provide USER query
6. Key/Special Component Sourcing (for Parts that are discontinued or unreasonably priced).
7. Parts Sourcing / Replacement Solution for Old Discontinued Machines

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

You will be involved in the end-to-end agile development lifecycle for in-house RPA and AI/ ML projects starting from UI/ UX Design to Cloud Engineering & Operations, Software Development, DevSecOps, Quality Assurance and Application Security.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide mentorship, evaluate submitted problem statements and work with Product Owner and/or Citizen Developers to automate potential day-to-day processes and workflows using Robotic Process Automation and AI/ ML (RPA)

2. Work with UI/ UX Designer as they engage the Product Owner and stakeholders for user research to produce the User Journey Maps and high-fidelity wireframes, which feeds into development sprints (where required)

3. Develop clean, efficient and extendable codes using C, C++, Java and other relevant programming languages, which includes understanding code refactoring and design patterns to reduce and/or eliminate technical debt (where required)

4. Work with Cloud Engineers to setup cloud services for deployment on Government Commercial Cloud (where required)

5. Work with Quality Assurance Engineer to prepare test cases as well as entry and exit criteria for SIT and UAT to ensure that user requirements are met as described per product backlog

6. Work with Application Security Engineer to perform System Security Acceptance Test (SSAT), which includes Secure Code Review (SCR), Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Test (PT) and remediate the security findings before seeking clearance and approval from CISO and CIO respectively (where required)

7. Maintain and update library of reusable code snippets, components and modules

8. Develop technical documentation to guide future RPA and AI/ ML development projects

9. Identify best practices and continuous improvement in deployed automations

10. Conduct RPA and AI/ML-related brown bags and information sessions for staff to share knowledge and increase adoption

Requirements

1. Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.

2. Highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java and other relevant programming languages.

3. Good technical knowledge and experience working with RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, etc as well as basic understanding of foundation models from Microsoft, AWS and Google.

4. Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology

Summary:

Detailed Description:

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Prepare product sample for agency inspection.
• Perform internal product compliance audits.
• Verify relevant documentation revision and content.
• Prepare and host Factory tour (Incoming Inspection/Production Lines/Finished Products/Lab/Testing areas) with auditor/HPE representative.
• Coordinate product safety factory inspection with relevant engineers (Test/PE/Procurement) and Production to ensure compliance to applicable HPE standards and product regulatory requirements.
• Pursue Supplier CoC availability by purchased batches as “verification of purchased parts” for critical component materials from relevant Proc Engr (e.g. power supply/ PCB/ plastic materials/ batteries/labels) that is requested by the agency auditor.
• Traceability of manufacturer and flame rating for incoming material e.g. plastic material/PCB used in products.
• Keep in touch with relevant Global Product Regulatory team to track and understand the updates to requirements.
• Report any regulatory changes/escalation to management and inform applicable departments.
• Track and maintain the latest version certificates and test reports from the certification body.
• Ensures that the processes are carried out and comply with the specifications required by customers and that it complies with the local requirements of the organization and the requirements of MPS (Manufacturing Process Standards)
• Ensures that the specifications, the acceptance criteria of the products by the operational staff are known and respected; ensures that operators comply with product quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements
• Provides support in order to optimize processes, identifies and initiates opportunities to reduce costs
• Prepares and collects data from the key points of the processes and prepares the internal quality reports
• Monitors product yields, process (yield) and scrap rate (scrap) or other quality indicators
• Participates in the activities of PFMEA, 8D analysis and elaboration of Control Plan
• Assesses and updates working instructions for specific products

Requirements:
