We are recruiting for the following position:

Test Engineer – A dynamic, results-oriented team leader with hand-on experience in electronics manufacturing and exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Basic Requirements:

• Can demonstrate Test equipment specific know-how.
• Has knowledge of test hardware and software development and troubleshooting technique.
• Can demonstrate the level of test expertise (for example: Digital, Analog)
• Can write clear test plans.
• Can identify key parameters from a device specification.
• Can determine appropriate test methods for key parameters.
• Has knowledge of various EEE component technology concepts.
• Can demonstrate knowledge of use of accuracy, resolution and repeatability concept.
• Has some statistical knowledge and be able to analyze data (mean, standard
• Can demonstrate good handling and ESD practices.
• Has experience with multiple device types.
• Has familiarity with the use of various test equipment; for example: ATEs, network analyzers, signal generators and digital oscilloscopes.
• Can display working knowledge of the use of documented industry standards, methods, and access to that information for the capabilities a test facility is stating the qualification for testing. For example: Data Sheets, MIL specifications, Performance specifications and SMDs.

Other Requirements:

1. Have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering.
2. Experience with 2 years + on testing for regulators, operational amplifiers, converters, sensors, relays
3. Experience with Programming, PCB Layout and building fixtures.
4. Experience with product characterization, parameter testing and hardware design.
5. Experience in Semiconductor Testing from test creation to hardware building
6. Familiar to use instruments, included: oscilloscope, power supply, picoammeter, source meter, multimeter.
7. Familiar with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and JTAG (Joint Test Action Group).
8. Has a Technical degree or training pertinent to the Test Engineering discipline

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

- Team player who works well in global teams

- Good command of spoken/written English
