KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shall perform the following administration activities for storage and automate them to the extent possible:

• Integrate the storage solution’s hardware and software into the customer’s operatingenvironment and ensure full interoperability.
• Regularly update the firmware.

• Prepare test plan in consultation with the customer to ensure the solution can functionfully.
• Enterprise Backup Administration and management of Symantec or Commvaultbackup environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum requirements the resource(s) personnel assigned must be a certified Storage (SAN) and/or Backup Administrator in administration and troubleshooting, in a 24×7 enterprise setting (inclusive of manual discovery or post actions from automatic alerts).
• He/she is/are expected to cover level 1 and level 2 storage related problems and must be an experienced administrator in the following technologies:
• Good knowledge of EMC, Hitachi, and Huawei storage systems

Job responsibilities of a Service Engineer are as follows:-

• Perform on-site repair, troubleshooting of medical equipment;

• Subcontracts management.
• Supervisor and Plan for Daily work schedule and progress for requirement for targeted completion.
• Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
• Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
• Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
• Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
• Liaising effectively with other Technician, engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
