Job Description

As part of our system Engineering team, you play a key role in the design and development of our Inspection and Metrology machines. In your role you will work hands-on on the mechanical integration, process optimization and automation of the machine. Your work will involve integration of the mechatronic, optical and software building blocks and will hence work closely together with Mechanical design, Hardware, Optics and software teams.

It is your job to analyze customer requirements, build up a deep understanding of the problem and translate these into automated solutions that you detail clearly in measurable design requirements. To verify the solutions, you will build and test high-speed mechatronic setups for spec validation and critical parameter analysis. We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Industrial Automation & Digitalization team for contorl panels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of industrial automation control systems, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and programming of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (preferably with Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA).
• Experience in design and development of control panel and electrical architectures.
• Conduct Hardware and Software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Perform testing, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at client locations.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during project bidding.
• Offer onsite and remote technical support and services.
• Ensure overall quality control of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Travel within Singapore internationally including offshore Oil & Gas facility as needed for project implementation and meetings.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation & digitalization.
• Proficient in various communication protocols used in the automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies specific to Pharma, Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work and problem-solving and engage with other project team members in Singapore and overseas.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a growth mindset.

• 5+ years SharePoint design, development and implementation experience. on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 / 2016 / Online / On Pemises.
• Sound knowledge on PowerApps and Power Automate applications.
• Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products
• Experience with SharePoint migrations is added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Familiar with the Self-Service Kiosk Equipment Builders, Point-of-Sales S/I, Logistics application such as WMS, Fleet Management, Vehicle Mount Terminal etc.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of corporate sales experience in the Industrial PC, Embedded Computing and Industrial IoT. Strong technical aptitude and good business acumen.

· Self-motivated, analytical, team player and able to work independently

· Bilingual with good communication and presentation skills

· Engineers or individuals with good computer hardware knowledge who wish to go into sales field will be considered for Inside Sales Engineer.

About the Role

The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
• Understanding clients’ need and customize proposal/quotation accordingly to their needs.
• Responsible for the project budget evaluation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned projects on time.
• Work closely with the company’s internal sales and installation teams in executing the projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience, prior experience in air-con / M&E works will be advantageous.
• Good experience in ACMV and HVAC Chiller will be an added advantage.
• Relevant sales experience with strong project management, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter, innovative and highly results-driven.
