Assembly & Test (A&T) Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To create process control router for all machining and Assembly & Test (A&T) process associates with WI products
- To create, setup and manage Bill of Material (BOM) on WI products & Rental orders
- To provide technical advices to Sale, Quality and Supply Chain team regarding to WI products
- To support A&T team on daily technical operational issues and troubleshooting
- To communicate with UK Design Engineering Team for product design and technical related issues
- Always look for opportunities of improvement to complete CI project with DMAIC knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned from time-to-time such as item codes creation, technical reports, etc.
Person Specification
Knowledge & Skills:
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings. (essential)
- Able to use CAD (2D/3D) software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc. (essential)
- Experience in hand-on Assembly and Test operation for Oil and Gas products (essential)
- Experience in using ERP system. (essential)
- Experience in creating routing and BOM for manufacturing process (A&T, machining, torque- up, coating). (essential)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point). (essential)
- Knowledge in Well intervention products and the applications (desirable)
- Basic understanding in CNC machining (desirable)
- Basic project management skills. (desirable)
- 5CT / API Specification Knowledge. (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively across the functions. (desirable)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Manufacturing)
