Responsibilities

Your Role

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
• Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
• Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)
• Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
• Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years’ working experience construction planning and programme coordination
• Has aptitude for planning role
• Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in cyber and IT security compliance for new and existing systems, collaborating with business units to ensure necessary controls are implemented.
• Support cybersecurity project activities for infrastructure systems.
• Respond to first-level security alerts from the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
• Manage incidents by working with relevant vendors to restore infrastructure services with minimal downtime for users.
• Continuously monitor cyber alerts and identify security vulnerabilities in the staging/production environments.
• Respond to phishing alerts reported by staff members.
• Identify and escalate risks following standard operating procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties9, including IT administrative tasks.

Key Capabilities and Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of networking systems, security vulnerabilities, exploits, and attacks.

• Working with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering with 1-2 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment.
• Control of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement.
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts.
