Responsibilities:

• Lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production
• Assist the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend countermeasures.
• Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.
• Assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control
• Train and develop team members
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
