Responsibilities:

• Simulate users’ problems to explore solutions to resolve network and connectivity related problems; Manage infrastructure network testing and implementation.
• Lead infrastructure network operations project planning and requirements phases; Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure replacement plans.
• Manage the implementation of agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines;
• Manage network operations activities and installation of network systems according to design specifications.
• Align network operations with agreed service level agreements; Manage the development of service-level objectives and targets.
• Pilot new tools, technologies, and/or processes to enhance the performance of infrastructure systems.
• Gather performance and data usage statistics for capacity planning and reporting.
• Perform ongoing tuning and optimization of infrastructure network hardware and software components such as updates and upgrades; Manage and troubleshoot SDWAN infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent
• CCNP, NSE, CCSA certified.
• Cloud knowledge and certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in using network management systems, i.e SolarWinds, WLC, FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager.
• Knowledge of cloud-based network technologies and architecture such as Azure.
• Able and willing to work after office hours and on weekends as and when needed.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Automation Engineer to join their manufacturing plant. This pivotal role involves overseeing highly automated packaging operations, ensuring the serviceability of all production equipment, and continuously improving automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering foundation and experience managing a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize systems and equipment to enhance mass production capabilities for a wide range of ready meals.
• Continuously improve the current automated production system through mechanical, electronic, automation, and digital control enhancements.
• Set up and run the production system daily to meet time-sensitive order demands.
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the plant.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
