Job Description:

• Maintenance of Automated control Machineries for the Precast Fabrication Equipment’s such as Batch Concrete Mixing Plants, Automated Rebar Bending/Cutting & Mesh Fabrication machine,AVERMANN Pallet Circulation system, Automated Hollow core Fabrication Machines such as Extruder, Bed Cleaning machines, Concrete Cutting machine, Concrete Distributor.
• Maintenance of Electrical Distribution Boxes, Electrical Overhead Cranes, Gantry cranes, Lifting Equipments.
• Arranging for Regulatory Inspections & calibrations for the Equipment’s and Electrical machines.
• Providing In-house Training for the Machine operators to operate and maintain the machines in Safe and good working Condition. And Training the Maintenance team in periodic Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of the machines.
• Arranging and maintaining critical Spare parts for the machines.
• Maintaining Daily Breakdown Record & Arranging Preventive maintenance Schedule for all machines.
• Maintain proper project documentation of the electrical work performed Job

Responsibilites

• Assist the Project Manager in producing, analysing and accepting design and technical details
• Assist the Project Manager in developing, managing and overseeing a safety management system for projects across the organisation
• Provide Engineering support to project, production and yard staff as directed by Project Manager.
• Provide technical expertise during design activities and reviews.
• Produce technical documentation as required to support daily operations and tendering activities
• Coordinate stakeholder activities during construction phases of projects not limited to clients, suppliers and contractors
• Create and maintain a culture of continuing improvement in safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas
• Execute Project Plan assigned by Project Manager.

What will you do?

• Build prototypes to demonstrate technology opportunities
• Design system architectures

What are we looking for?

• Experience with modern web applications in JavaScript (ES 5/6) is a must-have
• Experience in creation/maintenance of APIs using Node.js is highly advantageous
• Experience in front-end development with React.js is highly advantageous
• Experience in automated testing using JavaScript testing frameworks/libraries such as Karma, Mocha, Chai and Sinon is highly advantageous.
• Experience with database management/usage (both relational and non-relational), and handling of data in different environments is highly advantageous.
• Experience in feature testing using a Selenium-based framework is a nice bonus.
• Experience in tooling processes for modern web applications using Webpack and Gulp is a nice bonus.
• Experience in using Docker containers, development of CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using cloud services such as AWS/PasSes/your own private servers is a nice bonus.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle in an Agile context is a plus point.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review requirements, design, develop, implement and maintain software applications for data acquisition and control systems with OT (including but not limited to OPC UA, BACnet, Modbus) and IT (including but not limited to MQTT, REST).
• Collaborate closely with system engineers and system integrators to ensure seamless integration of software components with existing systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability - benchmark and optimize performance as necessary.
• Create technical documentation, including software specifications, user manuals and test plans, while ensuring good documentation practices.
• Strong team player who is able to communicate well, and excited to lean new technologies in a fast pace environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in automation, information technology or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in building automation industry and relevant industry.
• Possesses strong knowledge on OPC UA, BACnet, Modbus.
• Possesses knowledge on SQLite, PostgreSQL, Python, Linux OS.
• Possesses knowledge on Containerization.

• Develop and maintain software applications using Python and C++, ensuring adherence to best practices in OOP and multithreading.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Assisting clients in establishing comprehensive Application Security programs.

• Perform SAST, SCA, and IAST to identify and address vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle.

• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging its services for scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT industry.

• Proficient in Python and C++ with a deep understanding of OOP and multithreading.

• Experience with secure coding practices, including SAST, SCA, and IAST methodologies.

• Experience in creating multiple tool for smooth Integration of CA Service Desk, SMS Gateway with RSA Archer (GRC) and RSA Netwitness (SIEM).

• Familiarity with GCP, including services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and IAM.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to Kubernetes for orchestration.

• Additional security certifications or training in application security.
