Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Blockchain Engineer based in Singapore to join our dedicated team. As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing blockchain nodes, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.

Your Impact

• Deploy, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes across various networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cosmos.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain technology, with a focus on node operations and infrastructure management.

Purpose

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell the company’s products and solutions. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between the company’s technical capabilities and the customer’s requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving or exceeding sales targets. This position is open to candidates with a range of experience, from junior to senior levels, and may involve managerial responsibilities for more experienced candidates.

Job Duties:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals.
• Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new customer accounts to expand the customer base.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations to customers, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals effectively.

Experience:

· At least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates with 5+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership/managerial skills may be considered for a managerial position.

· Experience in optics or engineering-related fields is a plus.

· Familiarity with market research and the ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into product solutions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.

· Ability to work independently and driven to meet sales targets.

· Experience in customer-facing roles and a customer-oriented mindset.

· Factory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates with a Master’s or PhD are welcome to apply.
• Experience in industry sales is preferred; experience in precision optics is an advantage.
• A background in engineering is preferred, particularly with knowledge of optics or related technologies.

Other Requirements:

· Fluency in Englishand Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with customers in Asia, Europe, and the USA.

· Willingness to work across multiple time zones (Asia, Europe, USA).
