• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition and comply with safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and services.
• Monitor and manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Train and supervise workshop staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Job Opening, Job Amendment, Sales Confirmation, Cost Transfer, Job Closing, Billing

• Treasury / Hedging

• Inventory

• Month end closing/ Reporting on CACL (Current Assets/ Current Liabilities)

• Projects incl ERP Harmonization/ Continuous Improvement/ Automation

• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Tasks Delivery

• Deliver task on time with quality as requested

• Willing to work OT (if required to deliver the work)

• Able to demonstrate thorough analytical skills process

• Able to think and work independently with minimum but clear guidance

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Hands on and familiar with Project Management / WBS in SAP

• Handling/Analyze Thousands of WBS data regularly

• Contract Assets/ Contract Liabilities

• Return on Capital Employed (RoCE) concept

• Orderbook concept

Other Requirements:

• At least more than 5 years of Financial Accounting and Business Controlling experience;

• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SAP

• Knowledge on Project Costing/ WBS settlement will be preferred

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements

• Able to work independently under high pressure with very limited resources

• Strong communication and presentation skills
