• Review and analysis of Tenders Drawings & Documentation.

• Preparing Tender submissions and reviewing Procurement & Reviewing of Contracts, and ensuring compliance.

• Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

• Review all incoming correspondence from Clients, Consultants & Design Team to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.

• Estimating a range of projects in a variety of sectors.

• Improve and implement best practice commercial processes and accurate budgeting.

• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.

• On Site measurement of Electrical Services.

• Preparation of specialist sub-contract work packages.

• Preparing monthly Commercial Progress reports.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Construction Manager.

• Design and prepare AutoCAD drawings based on AutoCAD standards.
• Review and incorporate design details from Coordinated Combined Services Model.
• (CCSM) into Combined Serviced Design (CSD) drawings.
• Work with design and construction team to prepare drawing and relevant documents for submission.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 year relevant experience.
• Experienced in Microstation software to prepare computer-aided drawings.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
