Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations related to scaffolding on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a secure job environment.
• Coordinate the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with project needs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Train and supervise scaffolding teams, providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to facilitate effective project execution.
• Prepare reports and documentation concerning scaffolding operations.
• Assist in the resolution of any scaffolding-related issues that arise on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge for sales and marketing
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Certification in Scaffolding SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION, SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR] is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction safety is a plus.

Must have prior knowledge about singapore manpower rules and regulations, should posses all certification on date
