4. Strong programming background and proficient in Objective-C / Swift or Java / Kotlin / node.js and iOS or Android SDK
5. Deep understanding of Object-oriented design, memory management, performance optimisation and how multi-threading and asynchronous coding works.
6. Experience with using AWS Cloud Services is a plus.

• Attend project meetings.
• Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
• Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
• Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
• Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
• Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of workflow.
• Require working in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences
• Good organiser, problem- solving and communication skills.
• Able to prepare work schedule
• Reasonable writing skill in correspondences.
• Ability to work with project teams at all levels.
• Ability to coordinate others to accomplish objectives
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communications
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Autocad software will be an added advantage
