• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, audit schedules, and variance analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for project expenses.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Handle credit control and receivables management.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters.
• Support and manage month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Streamline processes to improve productivity and engagement in various finance digitization and digital transformation projects.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full set of accounts, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Hands-on and meticulous approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hardworking and a good team player.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Prepare tender submissions.

Proficient in quantity taking off for Builder, Architectural, M&E works.

Knowledge of Archi Finishes, detailing, M&E works systems.

Able to carry out measurements, tenders, procunement, R Assement.

Progresive claims, liase with client, attend site show.

Maintain & Monitor Tender boards for Potential works.

Requirements : -

At least 3 years' experience in Architectural or M&E works for interior fit out is required.

Diploma in building services / Electrical / Air Conditioning or Plumbing / Building, Management.

Ability to communicate with people at all level and meticulous with an eye for detail.
