Electrical

• Perform electrical installation, be proficient in the control system
• Conduct fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems
• Monitor and supervise work progression, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Read and interpret all installation Single Line Drawings (SLD) and execute installations accordingly.
• Attend technical, contractual, and weekly site progress meetings.
• Prepare ISO documents, shop drawings, and submit the required materials.

Fire Sprinkler System

• Monitor and assist with the installation of fire protection system projects
• Evaluate fire protection system components and materials
• Develop fire safety plans, procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and the Site Manager.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Knowledge of Electrical & Fire Sprinkler System principles, codes and Singapore standards
3. Ability to work independently and as a team-player
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

Job Description & Requirements

• Undertake all stages of Projects, from start to end.
• Calculate quantity of material for the whole project.
• Timely coordination and follow up with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings, Beam Penetration Drawing.
• Submission of the relevant documents (Risk Assessment and Safety Work Procedure, method statement, material catalogue) as required by the Site Main Contractor.

• Attend major site meetings, Testing and Turn-on.

• Liaison with clients for remote trouble shooting and advice in servicing and maintenance

Job Summary:

This role involves leading a team of competent engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in tendering for projects, procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system as well as conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.

Job Description:

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

2. Stakeholders management:

• Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in executing their works according to technical specifications and drawings, as well as prevailing codes and regulations.
• Ensure smooth execution of works in timely manner to meet project schedule.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems.

4. Budget Management:

• Manage the project budget in materials and manpower.
• Monitor expenses, analyze budget variances, and implement cost-savings measures.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.

6. Reporting:

• Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in air-conditioning repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in management and execution of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) works.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Certification of ACMV systems or related field is advantageous.

• Manage and responsible day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications;
• Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities;
• To monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects;
• Monitor progress on site and ensure that quality works are carried out in order to meet quality and cost objectives, projects are completed on time, within budget;
• Provide assistance in keeping track of approvals during submission stage so as to ensure compliance with government authorities;
• Liaise closely with sub-contractor & consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.

Manager – Purchasing & Inventory Management

The main role is to manage the inventory movement to support the business operations in the servicing and repair of automobiles. This role will require candidate to lead, plan, review and monitor stock level for inventoried material to achieve material readiness to Operation at the most optimal inventory holding cost and storage capacity.

To meet the objective, this person needs to be a team player, problem solver, able to manage a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Purchasing and Inventory Management

• Lead a team of buyers/planners to provide material support to Operations.
• Lead, execute and drive inventory control, turns, Month of Supply, aging & obsolescence according to planned inventory holding target/cost.
• Work with business units to establish SLA & KPIs - stock turnaround time and safety stock level – to achieve optimal inventory holding cost
• Work with General Procurement / Finance to manage corporate governance and compliance related to Purchasing and Inventory Management Operations
• Conduct and participate in regular cycle count/stock take.
• Ensure stocks and documentation integrity by conducting internal checks and audit.
• Prepare, Generate and Review inventory reports to measure and monitor key performance indicators for effective inventory management operations.
• Manage exception and non-conformances with Supplier and work with them to improve overall delivery performances.
• Establish regular S&OP meeting with cross functional team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
• Establish stock policy and management approach for each material within their category/portfolio

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Management or Demand Planning environment and preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Analytical, team player, leadership, positive and good oral/written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office especially Excel.
• Experience in MRP, APO or related inventory management software.
