5. Resource & Team Management:

• Lead training initiatives to ensure that teams are proficient in the latest tools and technologies related to automotive maintenance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive maintenance, project management, or engineering operations control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex automotive maintenance projects. PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, fleet maintenance, and data analytics.

As a Project Engineer, his/her duty is to manage any project that is building based. He/she has the duty of facilitating the construction drawing to ensure that these designs are implemented in accordance to our code of practices.

Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

· Experience with Docker.

· Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React (preferred), Tailwind.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).

· Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

· Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Design Acumen: Keen eye for design and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manage overall projects planning, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.
• Overall management, controlling and monitoring of day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project.
• Able to provide electrical related technical expertise (design specifications, vendor selection, construction specifications/ requirements, safety requirements etc.) throughout the implementation process.
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications;
• Able to oversee and resolve overall site issues with site supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties.
• Effectively manage good working relationship with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities;
• To monitor overall of construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects;
• Monitor in overall of progress on site and ensure that quality works are carried out in order to meet quality and cost objectives, projects are completed on time, within budget;

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through outbound calls, offering alternative products for parts and addressing client needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales channels, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, profile target accounts, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Conduct market research, manage partnerships, and implement processes to support business development.
• Inform the product, management, and technical team on various requirements within the range of product/system including and not restricted to competitor activity, market demands, and requirement and any potential installation changes as issued by end users.
• Gather and communicate market trend and strategies in the territory.
• Liaise with sales personnel and businesses in other regions as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably engineering; with specialization in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience within a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry, with a focus on Electrical Wiring Devices preferred.
• Familiarity with the Asian market dynamics and customer preferences in the electrical sector.
• Experience in Structured Cabling sales is advantageous.
• Preference for LEW certification.
