Requirements:

• Exposure with involvement in newly factory, product / process set-up is much preferred.

Assembly

The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. • Handle of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
• Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
• Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner
• Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
• Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
• Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
• Monthly payroll processing
• Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
• Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
• Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
• Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the management

Technical / Adminstrative Duties

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in ACMV Project design and build for various type of buildings, including cleanroom and bio-lab projects.
• Documenting and certificating all work carried out to meet our contractual and statutory obligations
• Identifying and resolving remedial requirements on all systems
• Quoting and undertaking project work as required by the client

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or Equivalent;
• Experience in ACMV / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Project and Maintenance work.
• Experience in both industrial and commercial air-cons
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Possess good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
