About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking versatile, detail-oriented Field Application Engineering - Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ZES’ products. Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Support and Relationship Management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Job Description:

- Provide support to operations maintenance staff in their work flow, maintaining, repairing and installation of HVAC units and Refrigeration systems. (Main tasks of the job scope)

- Mechanical general work

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

- Saturaday, 8am to 12pm

- Must be able to support OT on weekdays / weekends if needed
