Job responsibilities:

• Provide on-site product & system commissioning/servicing support.
• Support on product and application presentation to new and existing customers.
• Project/systems configuration and coordination, new product launch.
• Assist in distribution channels-technical related.
• Brain storming of ideas to support on special projects.
• Providing technical support to sales team.
• Handling complaints on technical issues and support marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (with relevant experience).
• Knowledge of water treatment, hygienic and steam, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor industries is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in Industrial/Technical products, particularly valves, sensors and process control instrument.
• Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team.
• A hands-on person.
