Job Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or its equivalent
• 5 years and above experience as QS at the Main Contractor Company
• Able to work independently, pro-active and a good team player
• Able to work with and meet tight deadlines
• Resourceful and meticulous with attention to detail
Job Description:
• Measuring quantities and taking off
• Running of project managing progressive and variations
• Seeing through the project from tender to award to final accounts
• Prepare and analyse cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
• All other QS related job
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation for the Company's ISO system
