Duties to Perform:

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

· Relevant certifications are an advantage.

2. Experience:

· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or wholesale trade industries.

· Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Skills:

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

· Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other business tools.

4. Other Requirements:

· Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and industry trends.
