Job Description​

• Managing the financial process and procedures
• Managing customer relationships
• Ensure all customer requirements and needs are fulfilled with proper follow up through for all financial matters
• Gather information from marketplace and customer for improvement in financial processes and procedures to meet their needs
• Coordination within internal business units of Company to ensure fulfillment of job activities through financial compliances
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all Company requirements and needs are fulfilled through financial compliances

• Proficient in Microsoft office and able to correspond via email
• Partial Accounts
• Team player & Customer Oriented
• Competent, Meticulous and Committed
• Able to work under pressure and in fast pace working environment
• Immediate availability
• Responsible with minimal work supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software
• Able to operate competently common office equipment e.g computer, fax, tablet, smartphone and telephone system
