• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and sub-contractor are issued
• Assist the project manager or senior engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantitly surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractor to update the progress of work

Technician, Engineering

Oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our

Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the

different Departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a

smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will report directly to the

Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that the

building essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, air conditioning

and ventilation system are of good working condition

2. Conduct general maintenance works such as, air-conditioning servicing,

plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, AV system, painting,

patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure

smooth operations

3. Perform routine preventive maintenance program

4. Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment

5. Respond and priorities maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents’

requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings

6. Perform related tasks as assigned

7. Perform rotating shift

8.First Aid & AED certified preferred.

9.Perform all tasks that are assigned by our management.

• Recognized degree in telecomunications or electronics engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experiance in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in designing & producing deliverables of telecom systems such as radio systems(tetra/UHF/VHF),PAGA,PAPX,CCTV, access control,radio,microwave,navigational system,GMDSS,Microwave VSAT,DAS system for oil & Gasprojects.
• Experinced i engineering studies such as PAGA coverage study, CCTV coverage study,RF coverage study.

Job Requirements :

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building Construction Management, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, building discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large (>$100m), fast-track, high-rise buildings projects with at least 5 years of project management working experience at a corporate level.
• Skilled in managing and motivating diverse, multi-functional, multi-cultural project teams.
• Organized, with a positive work attitude.
