• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards and ensure designs are adapted accordingly.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in civil engineering or architecture.
• Resolve complex design challenges and technical issues.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience in managing design teams on complex projects.
• Experience in the design of multi-storey bus depots or similar structures is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) status.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
