• Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner to relevant suppliers. Follow-up with customers for payments due.
• Manage cash flow and monitor AP/AR.
• Manage monthly payroll processing.

• Preparation of audit schedules and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision to drive innovation and operational excellence.

· Oversee all Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, including Product Development, Design, Testing, and Manufacturing Processes, ensuring compliance with Aviation industry Standards and Regulatory requirements.

· Liaise with clients and suppliers on the specifications of the required products.

· Keep abreast of design engineering trends and cutting-edge technologies in the relevant fields.

· Assess designs in terms of their workability, feasibility and costs.

· Maintain documentation and engineering records on all products.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering leadership roles, preferably within the Aerospace or Manufacturing or Industry.

· Strong understanding of Engineering principles, Manufacturing Processes, and Quality Standards (e.g. AS9100, ISO9001, … etc.).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.

· Proven expertise in Product Development, Process Improvement, and Project Management.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
